As Drive Assist have recently been put into administration, you may be wondering what to do if they were dealing with your repairs, hire vehicle or compensation claim.

A like-for-like replacement vehicle

If your vehicle is un-drivable as a result of your accident, we can supply a like-for-like replacement vehicle for you to use while your vehicle is off the road and being repaired.

Alternatively if your vehicle is driveable but is in need of repair, we and our partners can provide a like-for-like replacement vehicle for you to use for the duration of the repairs.

Should your vehicle be a total loss, you will be able to use your replacement vehicle for up to 7 days after you receive your settlement cheque.


Approved local vehicle repairs

We can arrange for repairs to your vehicle at one of our UK network of approved accident repair centres.

These can also be carried out at a manufacturer approved repair centre or garage of your own choice if you prefer.


Legal advice and assistance

If you require legal advice or assistance, the solicitors we work with can help you with issues such as loss of earnings or injury compensation claims.

No need to claim on your insurance

Anyone who has been involved in a road accident has the right to choose who repairs their vehicle. If you were responsible for the accident you were involved in, the company that insures your vehicle would normally deal with your accident claim.

No excess to pay

Manufacturer approved vehicle repairs

If you have been involved in a car accident, the last thing you want to have to worry about is the quality of the repairs to your car. We have a UK wide network of partner approved Accident Repair Centres available to all of our customers.

Many of our accident repair centres are have manufacturer approvals for specific brands, so if you require a manufacturer approved repair centre, simply tell your personal claim handler and they will ensure your vehicle goes to an approved repairer.

Want you vehicle repaired by a specific garage? No problem, we can alternatively use a repairer that you specify.
