The advantages of making a claim independently of your insurer

If you have been involved in a road accident that was not your fault, you can either make a claim on your insurance policy or we can independently resolve your claim. As you are not making a claim on your policy, you will almost certainly not have to pay your excess and your no-claims discount should not be affected.

Your vehicle is repaired

We will arrange for quality accident repairs to your vehicle.

Repairs will be carried out to a high standard by using one of our approved accident repair centres. If you wish you can alternatively choose your own garage or manufacturer approved repairer - the choice is yours.

We will deliver a like-for-like replacement vehicle to you

Some vehicle policies may offer a replacement vehicle, but they may not offer a like-for-like replacement.

If your vehicle is un-roadworthy, you could be stuck without a vehicle from the moment of the accident. All our customers receive like-for-like replacement vehicles to use while yours is off the road and being repaired. Your replacement vehicle can be delivered to your home or place of work, typically within 3 hours of starting your claim with us.

If your vehicle is a totally loss, you will be able to use your replacement vehicle for up to 7 days after you receive your final settlement cheque.

Legal assistance

If you would like to recover lost earnings or require compensation for an injury, we will arrange legal assistance to help you find an appropriate settlement.

We make the process as simple as possible for you, leaving you to get on with your daily activities with the minimum of disruption.
