If you feel that the accident was not your fault, we may be able to help you to receive accident services you need without you having to make a claim on your own insurance policy.

We can recover the costs of these services on your behalf, so your insurer will not need to process your claim - and you should have no excess to pay.

A like-for-like replacement vehicle

Should the damage to your car be sufficient to make it un-roadworthy, you could find yourself without transport for a period of time. We and our partners can provide you with a quality like-for-like replacement for you to use whilst yours is off the road and/or being repaired.

If your vehicle is deemed a total loss (ie. a write-off) you can even use your replacement vehicle for up to 7 days following the receipt of your settlement cheque.

Repairs to your vehicle

If your car needs to be repaired we can arrange for the repairs to be carried out at one of our network of approved UK accident repair centres. Should you have a particular garage in mind, or wish to use a manufacturer approved repairer, we can arrange this for you too.
