What do I have to do?

If your vehicle is un-roadworthy, we will arrange for a like-for-like replacement vehicle to be delivered to your home or place of work. Replacement vehicles are typically less than 6 months old and we will match it as closely as possible to the make, model and engine size of your own.
Your replacement vehicle will typically be delivered to you within 3 hours of accepting your claim.
The damage to your vehicle will then be assessed by an independent automotive engineer. We will then arrange for the repairs to your vehicle to be carried out at an approved accident repair centre that is local to you, or alternatively you can nominate an accident repair centre yourself.
Your claims advisor will always be available to keep you informed about the progress of your claim and address any issues or concerns that you may have.
If you require legal advice or assistance, we will arrange this for you. Once again any legal costs will be recovered on your behalf as part of your claim.
