If you are insured with Aquote insurance and you want to make a car accident claim, you would typically contact them by phone to start the claims process.

If you make a claim and you were not responsible for the accident, you could find yourself having to pay any excess on your insurance policy.

Making a non-fault accident claim could not be simpler, and because we and our partners recover the costs directly from the at-fault driver's insurer.

One of our UK based advisors will take the details of your accident and if your vehicle is un-roadworthy, organise a like-for-like replacement vehicle to be delivered to a location convenient to you. All our vehicles are typically less than 6 months old and will be matched as closely as possible to the make, model and engine size of your own vehicle.

Your replacement vehicle will usually be delivered to you within 3 hours of accepting your claim.

We will then arrange for the repairs to your vehicle to be carried out at an approved accident repair centre that is local to you, or alternatively at a repair centre or garage of your own choice.

Your claims advisor will always be available to keep you informed about the progress of your claim and advise you on any other issues or concerns that you may have.

Should you require any legal advice or assistance, this is provided as part of our claims service. Once again any legal costs will be recovered on your behalf as part of your claim.
