How we assist you

We will provide all the help and support you need following your motor accident, so you can get on with your normal activities with the minimum of disruption.

We then get the damage to your vehicle assessed by an independent engineer. Should the vehicle be economical to repair, we will organise repairs to be carried out at one of our approved accident repair centres or at a repair centre of your own choice.

If your vehicle is a total loss, you will still be able to use your hire vehicle for up to 1 week from the receipt of your settlement cheque.

If you need assistance with the recovery of out-of-pocket expenses or lost earnings, the solicitors we work with will be happy to help.
