A like-for-like replacement vehicle
If your vehicle is un-roadworthy as a result of the accident, we will supply you with a like-for-like replacement vehicle for you to use while your vehicle is off the road and being repaired.
If your vehicle is roadworthy but is in need of repair, we and our partners can provide a like-for-like replacement vehicle for you to use for the duration of the repairs.
If your vehicle is a total loss, you will be able to use your replacement vehicle for up to 7 days after you receive your settlement cheque.

We will arrange for repairs to your vehicle at one of our network of approved accident repair centres.
If you have a preference, we can alternatively arrange for the repairs to be carried out at a manufacturer approved repair centre or garage of your own choice.
