Should the damage to your car be sufficient to make it un-roadworthy, you could find yourself without transport for a period of time. We and our partners can provide a quality like-for-like replacement hire-car to use whilst yours is off the road and/or being repaired.
If your vehicle is considered to be a total loss (a write-off) you can even use your replacement vehicle for up to 7 days following the receipt of your settlement cheque.
Your vehicle is repaired
If your car needs to be repaired, we will arrange for the repairs to be carried out at one of our network of approved accident repair centres.
Should you have a particular garage in mind, or wish to use a manufacturer approved repairer, we can arrange this for you too.
