Car Call is a busy and expanding Motor Claims Assistance Company established over 10 years, its Head Office is based in Waterlooville, Hampshire we have a range of products for Accident Repair Centres, Car Dealerships, Insurance Brokers, Motorcycle Dealers, Taxi & Public hire, Fleet Operators and other intermediaries across the UK.

We have market leading products and are looking for dedicated hungry people to join our team, the role will be to maintain and develop existing accounts, and increase our book of business with new customers and constantly help identify new avenues of business in a field sales role where you only visit head office around once a month.

This position offers a negotiable remuneration package including an excellent Bonus Scheme with OTE, Fully expensed quality company car, Smart phone, Company credit card and other benefits.

We need a dynamic, strong personality, who is well organised, and self-motivated to join our growing sales team. We reward on performance and have an excellent existing customer base and market leading products that allow you to win the business.

We are more interested in getting the right person to join our successful company. A knowledge of the Non-Fault Motor Claims Industry, Insurance Broking or Accident Repair or Automotive Industry would be an advantage but is not essential!

Region 1 – London South East

Region 2 – Midlands & Central England

Region 3 – North East and West England

Other areas available for the right candidate.

Ideally you will have a Full UK Driving License with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.

Customer Service & Claims Advisors

Based in Waterlooville

Car Call require a Customer Service & Claims Advisor to join our busy team in the Waterlooville office.

You will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills, and be used to dealing with customers over the phone.

Service is everything to us and every day is different - your primary role is to deal with customers over the telephone who have been involved in a collision.

Full training will be given and working within a friendly hands on team you will deal directly with calls from customers as well as accident repair centres, car dealerships, insurers, brokers and engineers on a range of various and interesting issues. We like to give a personal service to our customers, and we do not operate a call centre environment, we much prefer you to have a proactive approach and help people as individuals within a friendly atmosphere.

Monday to Friday Saturdays by rota - competitive salary and a friendly environment.

No need to claim on your insurance

Receive a comparable replacement hire vehicle

Not all insurance policies will include a replacement hire-car for you to use if yours is damaged and unroadworthy. In fact it is typically an 'optional extra' on your policy.

Other policies may offer a 'courtesy car' but this is often just a 'basic' saloon or hatchback which may not be suitable for your needs.

Car Call and its partners will provide a comparable replacement vehicle as part of our service. This means we will endeavour to supply a hire-vehicle that similar to your own in terms of its type, make and engine size.

So whether you drive a small hatchback or a prestige sports car, we will look to provide a similar hire-vehicle that suits your needs.

Manufacturer approved vehicle repairs

If you have been involved in a car accident, the last thing you want to have to worry about is the quality of the repairs to your car. We have a UK wide network of partner approved Accident Repair Centres available to all of our customers.

Many of our accident repair centres are have manufacturer approvals for specific brands, so if you require a manufacturer approved repair centre, simply tell your personal claim handler and they will ensure your vehicle goes to an approved repairer.

Want you vehicle repaired by a specific garage? No problem, we can alternatively use a repairer that you specify.

Our partner solicitors provide legal assistance as part of our service. They specialise in motor claims related issues, so you can be assured of the best possible advice and assistance.
