How it works

Your claim handler will first take all the details of your accident and organise the recovery of your vehicle from the accident scene. We will then arrange the delivery of a comparable replacement vehicle for you.

Your replacement hire-vehicle will be of a similar type and engine size to your own, so you will not be given a vehicle that is unsuitable for your needs. Our vehicles are typically less than 6 months old and yours should be delivered to your home or place of work within 3 hours of receiving your claim.

Your own vehicle will then be booked into one of our approved accident repair centres to be repaired back to its pre-accident condition.

All our repair centres provide fully guaranteed repairs, but if you prefer have your vehicle repaired somewhere else, this is not a problem.

If you have damaged personal items in the accident or you would like to make an injury compensation claim, we will arrange for the solicitors we work with to contact you and provide you with the necessary assistance.

Many of our accident repair centres are have manufacturer approvals for specific brands, so if you require a manufacturer approved repair centre, simply tell your personal claim handler and they will ensure your vehicle goes to an approved repairer.

Want you vehicle repaired by a specific garage? No problem, we can alternatively use a repairer that you specify.
