Your replacement vehicle

Firstly we will arrange for a comparable replacement vehicle to be delivered to your home or place of work, typically within 3 hours (if your vehicle is un-drivable) of starting your claim with us.

We have a wide selection of replacement vehicles available, including cars, MPVs, vans and commercial vehicles. You can use your replacement vehicle for the duration of your repairs and for up to 7 days following the receipt of your settlement cheque if your vehicle is un-economic to repair.


Your vehicle repairs

Your damaged vehicle will be repaired at one of our network of approved accident repair centres. All repairs are fully guaranteed and carried out to according manufacturers specifications.


Legal assistance

Sometimes you may need legal assistance to resolve your road traffic accident claim. For example - you may have lost or damaged items in the accident and the cost of these items will need to be recovered as part of your claim. We can arrange for legal assistance to deal with this on your behalf.

No need to claim on your insurance

Anyone who has been involved in a road accident has the right to choose who repairs their vehicle. If you were responsible for the accident you were involved in, the company that insures your vehicle would normally deal with your accident claim.

Many of our accident repair centres are have manufacturer approvals for specific brands, so if you require a manufacturer approved repair centre, simply tell your personal claim handler and they will ensure your vehicle goes to an approved repairer.
