Why not let my insurer deal with the claim?

If you make a non-fault claim on your insurance you will almost certainly have to pay your policy excess before your vehicle is repaired. Our credit repair service ensures that your vehicles get repaired straight away. Costs are recovered directly from the at-fault driver’s insurer on your behalf, so you do not have to make a claim on your insurance or pay your policy excess.

An insurer may not be able to offer a suitable replacement plated Taxi if yours is un-driveable and/or being repaired. Our service ensures that you get a ‘like-for-like’ replacement for your vehicle, so you can be assured that we will endeavour to provide exactly the type of vehicle you need. The vehicles we supply are typically less than 6 months old and we aim to deliver your replacement within 3 hours of contacting us.

How do you handle my vehicle repairs?

We provide a full credit repair service utilising our UK network of accident repair centres. All our repairers are approved by us based on their facilities and the quality of service they provide.

We can either book your vehicle into one of these repair centres or into a repair centre of your own choice if you prefer.

Can you handle my fault claims too?

We appreciate that just getting hold of an insurer on the phone can take a long time, but we are more than happy to take care of this for you.

For non-fault claims, your insurer will of course be told about the accident ‘for information purposes only’ which means they are made aware, but they will not be dealing with the claim.

Do you provide legal assistance?

If you need legal assistance regarding lost or earnings, property or injury compensation – we also arrange this for you.
