How does your claims service work?

When you contact our claims line, we will take the details of your accident and confirm who was at-fault. Once liability has been established, we will arrange for a comparable replacement vehicle to be delivered to you.

The next step is to arrange for an independent engineer to inspect and assess the damage to your vehicle. If the garage of your choice is not already part of our repair network, we will contact them to arrange your repairs.

If you require legal assistance this will also be arranged for you. On completion of your repairs and/or legal assistance we will recover the costs on your behalf. At no point will you be required to pay for any of our services.

No need to claim on your insurance
