What happens when I make a claim?

An experienced UK based claims advisor will handle your call. They will take all the details of your accident and will assess whether it was a fault or non-fault accident.

When we have accepted your case, we first take a few details to establish what services you will need.

If your vehicle is un-driveable, we will organise a like-for-like replacement vehicle based on the details of your own. This means that you will be provided with a vehicle that matches the make, model and engine size of your own vehicle and it will typically be delivered within 3 hours of accepting your case.

We will then arrange for an independent engineer to assess the damage to your vehicle. Your vehicle will then be taken to one of our network of approved accident repair centres to repair the damage.

You are not however limited to our suggested repairer, if you prefer we can arrange for your vehicle to be repaired at a garage of your own choice.

If you would like to make a claim for lost earnings or personal injury compensation, we can put you in touch with the solicitors we work with. They will provide any advice or assistance you may need and look to pursue a claim settlement on your behalf.
