Alternative and complimentary therapies
for whiplash injuries

Alternative and complementary therapies for Whiplash can, in consultation with your GP, help relieve symptoms and speed up the recovery process.

Whiplash injuries can often have long term physical and psychological effects on the sufferer. Although conventional medical treatment is often successful at dealing with many of the symptoms associated with the condition, there are sometimes persistent issues that can prove difficult to resolve.

In this situation many sufferers and indeed GP's have suggested trying one of the many alternative or complimentary treatments and therapies that are currently available privately.

Although the medical world treats some of these alternative treatments with a certain amount of skepticism, there is evidence to show that in many cases they can in some cases ease or even cure conditions where 'conventional' techniques may have previously failed.

Whether these treatments work for a scientific reason or purely on a psychosomatic level, if they work for some individuals - they may work for you, and be worth looking into. You should always discuss these options with your GP to ensure that they are appropriate for your symptoms.
